The School Mental Health Awareness Day (SMHAD) is co-sponsored by the Kansas School Counselor Association, Kansas Association of School Psychologists, and the Kansas School Social Workers Association.
The School Mental Health Awareness Day will help communicate the importance of school mental health across our state. Participants will have the opportunity to meet with Kansas Legislators, advocate for school mental health services, hear from guest speakers about current initiatives, and collaborate with other school mental health professionals. A catered breakfast and lunch at the Celtic Fox is included in the cost of registration.
